Smile is a disease!Read an article on the benefits of a Cheery person, and that Happiness is contagious, that you can pass on happiness even to strangers.
That rings so true in my line of work, when I smile to a customer (even if the customer is upright nasty), I managed to draw out that calmness and politeness in him/her. And I even witness extreme cases where the customer is shouting loudly, hurling demands, and my manager is able to calm him down and he even smile back and talk nicely after some 'cushion-ing' on his anger.
And I did an experiment on myself, kind-of, to be happy even when I feel down or frustrated, I greet everyone I met with a smile, and the moment someone smile back, and with one smile after another, bit by bit, I feel happier at the end of the day. Instead of doing feeling like I did the 'smiling' for others, I did it for myself.
So folks, smile and be happy, even when you feel least like it!

"Happy people tended to be at the center of social networks and had many friends who were also happy. Having friends or siblings nearby increased people's chances of being upbeat. Happiness spread outward by three degrees, to the friends of friends of friends.
Happy spouses helped, too, but not as much as happy friends of the same gender. Experts think people, particularly woman, take emotional cues from people who look like them.
Christakis and Fowler estimate that each happy friend boosts your own chances of being happy by 9 percent. Having grumpy friends decreases it by about 7 percent.
Being happy also brings other benefits, including a protective effect on your immune system so you produce fewer stress hormones, said Andrew Steptoe, a psychology professor at University College London who was not involved with the study."

Too Many HappeningsToo many Happenings, too little time.
- Asia Conference was great, got me impregnanted with a new dream.
- Surprise Birthday Celebration from my Int'l Fellowship group, so nice of them.
I really, I'm humbled by their very gesture, to think that they are all older, wiser,
more work/life experience than me, and they still look upon me as a leader.
- I've to work for 3 weekends (Sat and Sun) this Dec, busy busy!
