Time to Cut Some ExcessAlrighty, time to cut the loose ..
My target b4 my birthday in Nov, IPPT - Silver (at Least).
Benefits of me losing those extra pounds.- Look Good
- Clothing fits nicely
- Healthy Heart Beat and Better Stamina
- Save $$ (as I'll eat less, n since food price is on phenomenal inflation rate)
- Higher Chance of getting IPPT Gold Award (which means more $$ as Gold award = $400, hahahahah)
This Month of June, lets see how many kg can I lose... My current weight = 65 kg
