Twilight, Starlight
The Crimson Red
Touches The Greyish Blue
Its Swirls Like A Candy Floss
With Ray Of Light Peering Through
The Seven Colours Slides Across
Irony Irony
Yet A Sweet Surprise
Hidden Stars Out In The Sky
Silently Waiting For The Time To Shine
With Just Precious Seconds Away To Twilight
Say Goodbye To the Ray Of Light
And You Realise How Time Has Pass You By

Singapore - The band whose name is taken from a surfing term,Switchfoot, will bring their highly energetic and entertaining live show to Singapore for the first time and for one night only, on January 31, 2008, at the Max Pavilion.
Said Concert Organizer Mr Jon Hemsley from Wake Me Up Music, "Given the band's immense popularity and diverse range of fans, Switchfoot fans here have waited far too long for the band to come perform in Singapore!"
The San Diego-based Grammy nominated alternative rock band is best known for their unusual three-guitarist line-up to deliver the unique "Switchfoot Sound" - described by many as "a melodic crunch of densely layered sound featuring some electronic experimentation, and often driven by hard-charging guitar riffs."
The band consists of Jon Foreman on vocals and guitar, Tim Foreman on bass and backing vocals, Chad Butler on drums, Filipino-American Jerome Fontamillas on guitar, keyboard and backing vocals and Drew Shirley on guitar.
Switchfoot's first big mainstream break came when four of their songs were included in the 2002 movie A Walk to Remember. This led to their first major label debut, The Beautiful Letdown in 2003, which sold more than two million albums in the U.S. alone and produced two Top 10 Pop and Modern Rock singles "Meant To Live" and "Dare You To Move". The band's 2005 album Nothing Is Sound debuted at no. 3 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart and promptly went gold; yielding the radio hit "Stars."
The band's latest studio effort, Oh! Gravity was released in 2006 and has been extremely well received by music lovers – debuting at no. 18 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, with over one million plays on Youtube for their video "Awakening" in less than three months.
Switchfoot has won multiple awards for their unique brand of music, notably awards from the ASCAP, the GMA Dove Award and San Diego Music Awards. The band has sold over five million CDs worldwide and received a Grammy Nomination for Best Rock Gospel Album in 2001.
Apart from composing good music, Switchfoot has been actively involved in a number of humanitarian causes, including DATA, Bono's THE ONE Campaign, the Keep A Breast Foundation, Invisible Children and To Write Love on Her Arms. Switchfoot has also fronted the Switchfoot Bro-Am Surf Contest, benefit contest and concert run by the band to raise money for organizations serving homeless kids the band's hometown of San Diego and starting the online magazine Lowercase People.
The Switchfoot concert will be held on January 31, 2008, at Singapore Expo's Max Pavilion. Ticket prices are at S$70, S$80 and S$90 and can be purchased at all Sistic outlets or at www.sistic.com.sg from the 26th of December 2007. - posted 2.39pm
